Although it's not nearly as adorable as this cute little otter, I made this YouTube video for my Women's Health class. I thought I would share it with y'all too so you could learn something!

My apologies for the severe lack of blogging lately, I've been writing and doing projects like it's my job lately...I suppose it sort of is since I'm a student. Class ends this week, so hopefully I can get several of my planned blogposts up in the coming week or so!
